3. Tools I use to deliver the service (processors)
These providers process data on my behalf, under their data-processing terms:
- Cal.com — booking and scheduling; also provides Cal Video (built on Daily) if you choose it for the call.
- Stripe — card payments and refunds. Your card details go directly to Stripe; I never receive them.
- Google — Google Meet if you choose it for the call; Google Analytics on the website; Google Calendar invites.
- Microsoft Clarity — website usage analytics, including anonymised recordings of how visitors interact with the page. Typed text is masked.
- ProveSource — anonymous visitor counters shown on the website (e.g. how many people viewed the site recently); processes page views and approximate location.
- Resend — sends the Funding Readiness Score result email and the notification copy to my inbox; processes your first name, your startup's name, your email address, your startup's website and your quiz answers.
- Apple iCloud Mail — my email.
- Cloudflare — hosting and delivery of the website.
- YouTube — the video on the site is embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com); YouTube sets cookies only if you play it.
- AI-assisted drafting tools — I use AI tools (such as Anthropic Claude) to help structure and draft your Map from my notes and your materials. I use them under business terms that prohibit the provider from using your data to train their models, and I share only what the Map needs.
Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable.
4. How long I keep data
- Booking and payment records — 7 years, as required by Estonian accounting law.
- Call recordings and transcripts — up to 90 days after the call, then deleted (you keep your copy).
- Your materials, my notes, the Map and our emails — up to 2 years after the Session, so that I can answer follow-up questions; earlier if you ask me to delete them.
- Quiz emails and answers, completed or not — up to 12 months, or until you ask me to delete them.
- Analytics data — as set in Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (currently up to 14 months and 30 days respectively).
5. Cookies
The site uses cookies of three kinds. Strictly necessary: what the Cal.com booking widget and Stripe need to work — no consent needed. Analytics: Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and ProveSource — set when you visit the site; you can block or delete them at any time via your browser settings. Third-party media: YouTube sets its cookies only when you play the video. I do not use advertising cookies.
6. Your rights
You can ask me to show you the personal data I hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or give it to you in a portable format. Where I rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to hello@voloshyn.online; I answer within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee) or the supervisory authority in your country.
7. Confidentiality, testimonials, samples
Your materials and the content of our call are confidential. I publish testimonials, case studies or anonymised sample Maps only with your written consent.
8. Children
The service is for adults. I do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
9. Changes
If I change this policy in a way that matters, I will update the date at the top and, for existing clients, tell you by email.
