Terms of Service

Effective: 11 September 2026 · Applies to voloshyn.online and the Funding Readiness Session

What you buy, how the Session works, and what I can and cannot promise.

The short versionYou book a 60-minute call for €150. Before the call you send me your website and, ideally, your deck. On the call we go through where you stand and what will get you rejected. Within 2 business days you get your written Funding Readiness Map. It is advice, not a promise of funding — the decisions, and the applications, are yours.

1. Who you are dealing with

The service and the website voloshyn.online are operated by Rontmon OÜ (registry code 17359455), a private limited company registered in Estonia, Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, 10115 (“I”, “me”, “Rontmon”). The service is delivered personally by Oleksandr (Sasha) Voloshyn, member of the management board. Rontmon OÜ is not registered for VAT; the prices shown are final. Contact: hello@voloshyn.online.

2. What you are buying

The Funding Readiness Session (“the Session”) includes:

The price is €150, paid once, at booking. The Map is a written document (PDF or shared document). Its structure — current state, readiness score, what is missing, red flags with priorities, action plan, and programmes or funds to consider — may evolve; the sample on the website shows the depth, not a fixed template.

3. Booking, payment and confirmation

Bookings are made through Cal.com and paid by card through Stripe. Your booking is confirmed only when payment succeeds. You then receive an email with the confirmation, the meeting link and a calendar invite at the email address you entered when booking. You are responsible for entering a correct email address and for joining the call on time.

4. Preparation and your materials

In the booking form you send me your company website and, if you have one, your pitch deck or one-pager, plus a few facts about your stage and the amount you want to raise. I review these before the call. The quality of the Map depends on what you share: you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give me, and you confirm you have the right to share the materials you send.

5. Business use, and if you are a consumer

The Session is designed for founders and companies acting for business purposes — including individuals preparing to start a business. By booking, you confirm that you are acting in a business or professional capacity.

If, despite this, you qualify as a consumer under mandatory law, the following applies: by booking you expressly request that I begin performing the service before the 14-day withdrawal period ends (my preparation starts when I receive your materials), and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. If you withdraw before the service is fully performed, you may owe a proportionate amount for the work already done. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

6. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

Cancel at least 24 hours before the start of the call and you get a full refund. Later than that, no refund, but you may reschedule once for free. Full rules, including no-shows and what happens if I have to cancel, are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms.

7. Guarantee

100% guarantee: after the call you will know exactly what to do to get your first funding. This is a commitment about what you learn on the call — the concrete next steps for your startup — not a promise that a fund or a programme will say yes, and not a refund right beyond the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Recording of the call

Calls are recorded by default so that you get a copy and so that I can write the Map accurately. The recording is sent to you and kept on my side for up to 90 days, then deleted. If you do not want the call recorded, tell me by email before the call; the Session is then delivered without a recording.

9. Confidentiality

Everything you share with me — your deck, metrics, plans and the content of the call — is confidential. I do not share it with third parties except the service providers I need to deliver the Session (see the Privacy Policy), and I do not use it publicly, in samples, case studies or testimonials, without your written consent.

10. Not legal, tax, investment or financial advice

The Session and the Map are practical advice based on my experience as a founder and investor. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment or financial advice, and they do not replace a lawyer, an accountant or a licensed adviser. Eligibility criteria and deadlines of grant programmes and funds change; check the official rules of every programme before applying. I do not guarantee that you will receive funding. All decisions — what to apply for, how to structure your company, whom to take money from — are yours.

11. Independence

I do not charge success fees, I do not take referral fees from funds or programmes, and I do not promise introductions. I have my own startups and advisory roles; where a relationship with a fund, programme or company is relevant to your case, I will tell you.

12. Your Map, my content

The Map is written for you. You may use it inside your company and share it with your co-founders, team, advisers and investors. You may not resell it, publish it or use it to advise other businesses. The website, the sample Map and the video are © Rontmon OÜ; the sample is illustrative and does not describe your situation.

13. Your obligations

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You provide accurate information, lawful materials, and you treat the call with the same professional courtesy you would expect from me.

14. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, my total liability under or in connection with the Session is limited to the amount you paid for it, and I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including lost funding, lost profit or decisions you make on the basis of the Map. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15. Using the website

The website is provided “as is”. Booking, payment and video are provided by third parties (Cal.com, Stripe, Google, Daily) under their own terms. You may not copy the site or the sample Map for commercial use, scrape it, or interfere with its operation.

16. Changes

I may update these terms. The version in force when you book applies to your Session. The date of the current version is at the top of this page.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are resolved by Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), Estonia, unless mandatory law gives you the right to another forum. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon, ttja.ee). Please email me first — most issues are solved in one message.
